Nothing coming out from the power supply would signal a bad power supply. The power supply is bad. Replace it. It may have blown a fuse inside.

I have a hisense 55" tv the screen is really dark but is still working knowing because I did the flash light test. Would it be my power supply panel

If the back light inverters are mounted on the power supply board, then yes, the power supply board needs replacing. If the inverters are on a separate board, then replace that one. Use a voltmeter to check if the different voltages produced by the power supply are present and within +or- 5% of the expected voltage.

What should i do when my television doesn't turn on?

if your unit is dead set totally no power at all even led indicator the first step is check your AC outlet make sure the supply is present then check broken AC cord for your TV unit. then next step is to open the back cover for trouble shooting, try to use your senses first to diagnose defective part smell burnt parts, wirings, connector or even PCB. look for blown fuse and leak capacitors especially the output filter capacitor at the power supply which cause sometimes by over heat where in the capacitor casing explode, the temperature was exceed to the rating.and then use digital tester try to power on check the output voltage of power supply if present and normal according to its label.

Very bad static unable to hear clearly

Make sure there is no connections near the power outlet near your phone. Some to the charger units of the mobile phones do not have shielding on the SMPS supply and produce these transient which can cause the noise.
Check the unit with a different outlet or power phase to confirm.
If not the power supply of the phone needs a check.-- possible capacitor damage.

Power Button will not turn on.

Verify proper line voltage is present at the outlet. This will require the use of a voltage meter. If not properly trained, I would consult an electrician to verify the voltage.
Part of the troubleshooting proceedure requires the technician to verify that the applience is receiving the required supply power.
This has to be verified at the outlet to eliminate the possibility of a bad breaker or bad connection inside the breaker panel or outlet box.
Hope this helps in finding the solution to your problem..
Thanks and good luck..

My laptops screen does not come on even though the unit powers up,i have tried another screen, and tried using external monitor, neither worked, the lights by power button also don;t light.

Did you check the power supply? They go bad and if you get no power, nothing else will work. You can check the power supply by plugging the unit into an outlet and then using a volt-ohm meter measuring the voltage at the cylinder which normally plugs into the computer. If there is no voltage (DC) present, then the supply is bad. You can get a replacement online or at the place you purchased the unit.

Printer will not power on. Electric outlet checks

Without knowing your skill level, your best solution is to get a repair tech on site.

I would suspect that the power supply is shot. If you can get to it easily, verify the power in voltage and then the power out voltage.

However, there are many possible causes, for example, on the IBM copiers I used to service there was w fuser overtemp sensor and a fuser lamp fuse. If either of them opened, then the same failure would present itself.

I must mention that I have not worked on an IBM Copier for about 20 plus years but the design of products such as copiers demand safety cut-offs.

My computer won't start! It was shut down by the start menu and when I went back to it about an hour later, I push the button in to power the computer on and nothing is happening. Yes, it is plugged in...

Unplug it and hold the power button in for up to 60 seconds to discharge.

Is there an I/O button in the back of the computer? Make sure it is set to I.

How old is your computer? Did you recently have a power outage or anything? Most the time if a computer won't turn on, something in it went bad OR an outlet is bad. Try this:

1. Make sure that the power switch is on, the switch in the back (on the power supply itself) is turned on, and everything along those lines is functioning.
2. If that doesn't work, and it will not power on AT ALL, make sure the cords are plugged firmly in place, including the surge protector and/or the power cord itself.
3. Try resetting the surge suppressor and/or plug the computer into a different outlet in the surge suppressor. Try other items in that surge suppressor (or even in the wall outlet, if that's what you're plugged into) to make sure that the outlet itself is working.
4. If your computer is plugged directly into a working wall or surge suppressor outlet, try a different power cord.
5. If your surge suppressor works, your wall outlet has power to it, and you are using a known-good power cord in the computer, you will have to go into more in-depth investigation as something inside the computer likely went bad. It could be the video card, motherboard, CPU fan, power button, or the power supply itself. Start by testing the video card and the power supply by (one at a time) swapping out a known-good component for the one you suspect may be bad. If it won't turn on after that, try swapping out the next and try it again. If it still will not work, it could be something more serious such as the motherboard or power button.

Good luck!

it could be a bad power supply or a bad motherboard. Other problems might cause issues, such as a bad video card.

Hp 1315 all in one

The all-in-one product does not turn on If the all-in-one product does not turn on at all, try the following actions in order to determine the cause:
  1. Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet.
  2. Unplug the power supply from the back of the printer.
  3. Remove the product cable from any power strips or surge suppressors, and plug it directly into a grounded (three-prong) wall outlet.
  4. Wait at least 20 seconds, then, plug in the supply back into the wall outlet.
  5. Plug in the power supply back into the printer.
  6. Press the power button to turn the printer on.
  7. For models that have an external power supply module, verify that the power supply module is plugged in correctly. Some power supply modules have a green LED built into the connector end or on the power supply module. This LED will be lit if power is present. If the LED is not lit, replace the power supply module.
  8. Plug the power cord into a different electrical outlet. If the all-in-one product has an ADF with an external cable plugged into the back of the product, use the following procedure:
    1. Turn off the unit.
    2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
    3. Unplug the ADF cable from the back of the product.
    4. Plug the ADF cable to the back of the product.
    5. Plug in the power cable to the wall outlet, and turn on the power.
      1. If no change, the problem is not the ADF.
      2. If the problem clears, turn off the all-in-one, unplug the power cable, and reconnect the ADF.
      3. If the error returns, the ADF is defective. Contact HP Customer Care to get the ADF replaced.
  9. Disconnect the computer parallel cable from the back of the all-in-one product and try to turn on the product again. The computer might be grounding out through the parallel port. If this corrects the issue, check the grounding of the computer and outlet.
