Find the program in the Program Files folder. Right click on the program folder and then select delete from the drop down menu. If you get an error message make sure the program is not running. If there's a small icon for the program on the bottom of the screen, click on it to close it first. Then retry the steps above to delete the file.
go to control panel then uninstall a program then find knctr in the list and click it to uninstall that should work if not get a program like ccleaner under tools they have a uninstall tool that is more efficent but try the control panel first

Or, you can uninstall Knctr from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

When you find the program Knctr, click it, and then do one of the following:
Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Knctr.
If for some reason uninstallation fails, please install Microsoft's uninstall fixer utility which will help fix problems with programs that can't be uninstalled at support.microsoft.com.
