Question about Canon SmartBase MPC400 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Canon help desk said this was a full ink waste tank. I have dismantled, cleaned the two sponges in the waste tanks and mopped up carfully, reassembled...but the error message persists. I am led to believe that I may need a software download or code to enter the machine to tell the printer I have fixed it. Can you advise? I am desparate to get it going as it is such a good machine. Phil
