My Sansa Mp3 Player has crack in the screen. How can I repair it? Should I send it in for repairs or can I fix it myself?

My IPOD screen is scrambled

This is actually common in LCD's. Either you have dead pixels which requires a new screen or a connection problem which is unlikely. That usually happens while installing a screen. If it worked once, it is probably dead pixels. A screen is medium difficulty to replace but not if you have no idea what you are doing. Good luck.

Broken screen, Samsung t10 mp3 player

So, consensus from everyone I've talked to seems to be that I'm fucked, because unfortunately they don't sell replacement lcd screens for most mp3 players.

YP-K3 MP3 Player (books on tape usage)

what do you mean by scrambled? the amount of time it takes to rip a cd depends on your system /ram/read speed of your cd/dvd drive and also the quality you encode your files with. for voice only recordings a bitrate of 96-128kbps 22khz mono / 44khz stereo should be sufficient (you can play with these settings yourself) anything more than that is overkill. stick with formats supported by the player.. mp3/wma/ogg. files encoded in .m4a for example will need to be de-compressed and re-encoded a second time before being transferred. personally i use EAC to copy my music but there are loads of options out there.. mediaplayer, itunes, winamp etc all support rippings features of sorts. hope that helps
