Wont Print a Large PDF File

You don't say what kind of printer or computer so it's a little hard to narrow down what is happening. That said, it sounds like you've running out of disk space while the print driver is trying to make data to send to the printer. If you can print the 1st few pages (try 4, then 3, etc.) then this is almost certainly happening.
Check how much free space is available on your hard drive.

Paper Tray

Hi there. You can select the tray you want to use when you print in the print dialog page. Depending on the driver you're using, the driver of the printer might save the last used tray as the default one. Else, you might wanna go into control panel - printers, go into your printer's properties and look for the printer's default properties in the advanced tab. There, you might be able to set the default tray to be used for future prints. Hope that helps ! cheebster.
