They do not sell individual earloop hook replacements I have checked there site, I did find out tho there are universal ones on ebay and I know this sounds silly but even a pipe cleaner or paper clicp will fit!
This is the most annoying prob I've ever encountered with a Bluetooth headset. This particular one has the most horrible earhook that breaks if you look at it the wrong way. I was able to locate one on Ebay but it broke 2 weeks in. It's ridiculous. And of course Verizon store that sold me the headset has no replacement hooks. Because of this, I would NEVER buy another LG bluetooth device.
Palm Treo 755p To pair the Palm Treo 755p handset with the Jawbone, perform the steps listed below:
Set the Jawbone to Pairing Mode.
For the Original Jawbone, press and hold down the Noise Shield button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red.
For the New Jawbone, press and hold down both the NoiseAssassin™ Button and the Talk Button for at least three seconds until the LED Indicator Light flashes red and white alternately.
Press Applications and select Bluetooth.
Select Bluetooth On.
Select Setup Devices.
Select Trusted Devices.
Select Add Device. (The Discovery icon appears, indicating that the discovery process is active.)
Select the Show pick list and select Nearby devices.
Select Jawbone from the Discovery Results list, and then select OK.
Enter the PIN "0000" (be sure you are entering four zeroes and not the letter "O".) and select OK.
Select Done, and then select Done again to return to the Bluetooth screen.
I went on a quest to answer my own question. I found the solution!!!
I contacted their Corporate office they gave me an 800 number to call. I just called it and
my earloop is on it's way!!!
Here is the number to call for assistance with you LG products. 800-243-0000. They are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
