If you're in the UK and it's under 2 years old please contact your retailer with proof of purchase / If you're in the UK and it's over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 08:30-18:30 / Fri 08:30-16:30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to book in for chargeable inspection / repair work required (39.99 GBP standard charge)
