Can't get water from door.

need water valve part number, also how do you install the water lines? looks like they just push in, but can't pull them out. when i hooked up the water and then tried to get a glass full it would come out in a full stream for about 3 seconds and then go to a dribble. wait a couple of minutes and it would do the same thing.again.
