Question about Samsung HT-DS610 System
Disconnected everything from amp and powered up still getting f61 and goes to standby when all parts are connected there is a low sound output but still get f61 and shuts down to standby the fan does come on a minute then shuts off when the f61 appears any help would be greatfull thanks scott.

This kind of symptoms is an indication of faulty either the actuator board or the thermal fuse(sensor).
First check the resistance of the thermal fuse (it is mounted in small board at the top of the lamp housing), it should be shorted(0 ohms), if you dont have a multemeter, install jumper across the terminal of the thermal fuse and try to power on the unit. If the unit power up, replace the thermal fuse, if not replace the actuator board.

check the voltages printed in the sticker in the back of the panel and adjust that values with a DM.
well this is Lg,but is the same procedure for almost all plasmas brands
