Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Yesterday i bought a white 8GB mp4.I've recharched it and i've added some musics and images while recharging.I've unpluged it and pluged again sometimes while rechargin. Now ,when i turn it on appears in the screen a yellow lock and then a brush painting the words bye bye and then it turns itself off.
What can i do to fix this problem?
You probably have the Hold on! (: It's the button on the side of the mp4 that says HOLD. If it's down, it's locked. Try pushing it up and turning on your mp4. If the lock still appears, try switching the button again down and up, that happens sometimes with my zipy too. Hope I helped in some way!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
