if the tv has its own menu ,you can try it.or you can open up your remote and clean it using alcohol with cotton or soft cloth.remove the batteries first.let it dry.also, clean the rubber keys over and under.check for cracks in the rubber keys if you can.if not ,you'll need another remote for your tv.
