Remove the mother board...similar to your home pc,
Locate the capacitors that had gone bad
take it to a television repair shop and had them replace those Capacitors (with a slight voltage increase).
IT will Start Working fine.


It happened because of Voltage fluctuation so beeter connect a Voltage Controlling device to your Polaroid LCD.
