Problem for MP3 and Digital Media Players

Generic problem for all MP3 and Digital Media Players

Window Media Player does not recognize MP3...

Hello!

My computer recognizes, that the Mp3 Player is connected to the computer, but the Window Media Player does not recognize the MP3 player.When I try to sink the songs the results say songs stopped.

Whay can I do to correct this problem?

- I have the same problem. Using WMP 11 on Vista Home Premium. The player works fine on my old XP box with WMP 11 but not on Vista. The OS sees the drive (I can even play files from the mp3 player through WMP 11) but under sync there is no device listed. - chipg
