Without knowing your model number, this is hard to give you proper advise...

Uniden makes numberous 2.4GHz frequency phones, so here is a link that has all the manuals for Uniden phones.

http://www.uniden.com/index/manuals_results.cfm?cat=1

Look up your model number (from under the base station), click on your model, and search for this information.

Sorry for not being able to answer your question, but I hope that I can point you to an answer!

Ok, well thank you for telling me your phone model,

I now can help you out.

There are only 10 speed dial feature locations, but you need to program Phone Book entries, which are different from speed dials.

Look below for the differences and how to instructions.

I found this information in the manual, online from the link that I sent you earlier.

Storing Phone Numbers, Names, Distinctive Rings and Speed Dial

    1) When the phone is in standby mode, press phonebook.

The handset displays the following items:

(1st line) The number of the phonebook locations used

(2nd line) How to search (press the number keypad, ring/vol/∧ or ring/vol/∨)

(3rd line) How to enter the storing operation (press the select/􀀍 key)

    2) Press select/􀀍, S t o r e / E d i t N a m e appears.

    3) Enter the name (up to 16 characters) by using the

number keypad (see the "Steps for Entering Names and Special Characters" on page 39).

If a name is not required, go to step 4. will be used as the name.

    4) Press select/􀀍 to store the name,

    S t o r e / E d i t N o . appears.

    5) Press the number keypad to enter the phone number (up to 20 digits), press select/􀀍 to store the number.

    6) D i s t i n c t i v e R i n g appears. Press ring/vol/∧ or ring/

    vol/
∨ to move the pointer to one of the Distinctive Ring

    options, and then press select/􀀍.

If you choose not to store a "Distinctive Ring",

simply select the "No Selectn" option.

    7) S p e e d D i a l appears. Press ring/vol/∧ or ring/vol/∨ to

move the pointer to select the Speed dial location (10 locations: SPD1-SPD0).

If you choose not to store the name/number as a Speed Dial, simply select the "No Selectn" option.

    8) Press select/􀀍. You will hear a confirmation tone, and

    D o n e ! appears in the display.

I hope this information helps you out.

How to store program on extsd

Although the Android phones and tablets can add (micro) SD cards, that will not extend the internal memory. You should see the SD card as a extra hard disk. As soon as you installed extra apps, and the phone is telling you the memory is full, you only can free memory, by deleting apps from the main memory.
If you thought I can buy a phone with less memory, because the SD cards are very cheap and will extend the internal memory, you made an error. New phones from Samsung now get more than 10 Gbyte of apps, you even can't remove. So only about 5 Gbyte is free to use for other apps and messages.
Next phone, take one with lots of internal memory, if you like to install other apps.

I want to store more than 1000 sms in samsung s5200 but sms memory is full at 1000 sms plz told me how to increse sms memory

Hello,

Once your phones memory is full the only way you can add more memory is if the phone has an external memory slot. Then you can use a micro sd card to add more memory for ex.

You can post the model number of your phone and I could look and see what is available for your phone.

Thank you for choosing Fixya,

What does MC,MR,M-,M+ on the calculator mean and do?

Hi,

MR is Memory Recall
MC is Memory Clear
M+ is Memory add
M- is Memory subtract

These are used to add and subtract the answers to multi-step equations so you can do the small steps with the calculator, then store, change or recall the total as needed. You might add a long string of numbers in groups this way. Or you can do all operations in one parenthesis, then just store the total of each.

A good problem to illustrate this would be : (123 x 3) + (55 - 24) + (10^2) - (7 x 8) = ???
Using MR, M+ and M-, you can do each one as a group, and only store the answers. 123 x 3 = 369 so M+ to put 369 in memory. Clear it from the calculator. 55 - 24 = 31, so M+ to put this in memory and add to the 369 already there. Clear it from the calculator. 10^2 = 100, so M+ this to memory also to add it. Clear it from the calculator. 7 x 8 = 56 so M- this to SUBTRACT it from memory. Clear it from the calculator if desired. Now, when you then hit MR, you will get the total of all of these small equations in parenthesis -- 444.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
