Question about Kodak ESP 3 Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner
I have checked the connection myself, and i know that the usb is plugged in correctly. I am a tech major so idk what is going on.
Check in two places the device manager to see if there is a USB controller with a yellow, red or black sign next to it..if so right click it and update driver and follow the troubleshooting steps. Second check your BIOS, under ports there is the USB options, see if one is disabled. Let me know if you have any questions.
