Question about Gateway GT5220 PC Desktop
I have a gateway gt5220 and the monitor has lost a lot of it's color, no reds at all, had the monitor tested and it was good, said it may be the video card, how do i know and how do i replace it
Hook up another known good monitor to the video card and if it still has problems with red then you know the video card is bad and needs to be replaced.
If the known good monitor still works after being hooked up to the video card then you know the original monitor is bad.
Let me know if I can be of further help.
