I had the same type of problem with mine and found out you remove the kneading part that spins and pull up the seal underneath. You will probably find dough has gotten in under the seal somehow and caused problem. I just took a toothpick to it and voila! Trouble is you have to be careful not to damage the seal by taking it out...

I have this machine for 4 years now and I was happy with The central shaft does not turn now and I lost all my stuff... It makes the noise like if it works, but nothing happen... and there is a...

Hi.. The "central shaft" could mean the motor shaft is not turning or the "central shaft" could be the paddle shaft in the bread pan is not turning. If it's the motor shaft then tighten or replace belt. Since you "lost all your stuff" it could be the sealed bearing in the bottom of the bread pan has broken. The paddle doesn't turn and is leaking. If this is the case the bread pan needs replacement. Hank

Rotating shaft is jammed (won't move paddle)

Not quite sure what you mean about rotating shaft, but if you take the bread pan out of the machine and try to turn the paddle by hand and it doesn't move, then the sealed bearing in the bread pan is jammed or broken. Try filling it up with warm water and soaking it for a while. If it doesn't budge after a few tries then the bearing is broken and a new bread pan is needed. If on the other hand it does move, keep the pan out and start a kneading cycle. Look through the lid window and check to see if the motor shaft is turning. If not then the belt inside the machine is snapped, or fell off, or the motor is broken. Good Luck...Hank

Hitachi HB C103 bread machine pan seal

The problem isn't the seal, it is the bearing. You need to disassemble it, clean it, and lubricate it. Turn the pan upside down, and there's a C-ring that you need to pry off. Then you can tap the shaft through the bearing, and it will fall out. Clean the shaft and inside of the bearing, lubricate it, and reassemble.

I usually lubricate with vegetable oil, to avoid any chance of noxious contamination getting into the bread, but I've read a recommendation to use liquid graphite lock lubricant, available from NAPA Auto Parts, to prevent the bearing from sticking again as soon:

BTW, be careful of that rubber seal -- they are apparently irreplaceable! (I need one, if you find a source.)

Shaft won't turn.

Hi,
The bearing that lets your paddle turn freely has frozen up. The bearing is lubricated and sealed at the factory, but as time goes by it freezes up.

One person suggested to soak it overnight in soapy water (warm) and try turning it by hand. If you are lucky this may work, or if not, a new bread pan is necessary.

Where can I get replacement parts for the BBCC-15? My keeper clip underneath the baking pan came off and is lost. It holds the wing clip that drives the kneeding blade in the pan.

Shaft not turning

Unfortunately Regal ware no longer supply spare parts for there breadmakers, because their motto about dedication obviously didn't apply to bread machines. I think youe best bet would be to take the pan and machine to a local machine shop and see if they could make you one up - if they could it shouldn't be too expensive. Hope this helps :)
