Question about HP Compaq nx7010 Notebook
Hi. I have a HP Compaq nx7010 and just recently, whenever i am working on it, after some time, the screen goes blue and there is a message that say "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer" Further, it says "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
It further goes on say that if some new hardware or software was installed, to install any windows update. Further, it says if problems continue, to disable or remove newly installed hardware/software.
The technical information is as follows: Stop: 0x00000001 (0x40550238, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xF6F39A84)
w70n51.sys - Address F6F39A84 base at F6F1D000, DateStamp 3f889386
Then it begins to dump physical memory to disk.
How do I fix it?
Thanks Ashneil (firstname.lastname@example.org)
