Question about Dell A960 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just had this exact same problem. It would print fine from the computer, but once I tried to copy or receive faxes, all that would happen was that the paper would get pulled down a little bit into the printer, but then it would stop and then no printing would actually occur.
Just now I thought to unplug the plug from the power strip and plug it back in. Worked like a charm. I have no idea why it works, but I can copy now. Hope this helps someone!
