Question about Toshiba Satellite A105 Notebook

Satellite A105-S1014 unexpectedly turns off.

I've had my laptop for a year and some, and use it nearly every day. It's been good to me thus far, but recently I've had a problem where it will simply turn off. I can boot up with and without my battery, but I can only work on it for roughly 15 minutes before it turns off without warning. The battery icon on the start bar states the battery as fully charged and/or the ac adapter connected, but the battery light near the keyboard flickers and dims. I've heard of some power connection problems in Toshibas, could this be an instance? Thanks for your help.

System recovery/restore on my A015-S1014?

Perform a "System Restore" This is the best option; it will “restore the system” back to a previous state, to undo the change. 1. Go, to: "Control Panel". 2. Click System and Maintenance. 3. Click Backup and Restore Center. 4. In the (left) Tasks area, click on Repair Windows using System Restore.” 5. The restore “Wizard” appears. 6. Choose (Recommended) Restore Point. Important! If this, restore point fail? Try again using a different “restore point.” Find the “furthest” (Date) prior to when your computer was functioning normal. 7. Follow all instructions thereafter. *Note: “Once the computer returns to Windows Desktop, “do not perform any tasks, for at least (45 min) the System Restore is still “running." I hope this Fix it.

Toshiba satellite a105-s1014

try the computer with an external monitor, if it works correctly then it's the monitor that has broke and you need it replaced.
otherwise, if it does the same things on the external monitor...
I would check in order:
1)RAM memory
if the problem is only after windows boot, try changing the video driver, the problem might be caused by overheating video Chip, but that should freeze the system too...try also to remove the dust from all the heatsinks with canned air...
