I dont have internet on my phone but i have picture messaging but i cant send or recieve messages i have t-mo if it matterz

I curently have a motorola A1200 but i cant send or receive picture messages. Can anyone help me. I contacted my service provider but could not get it to work.

WizHi, if u want to send pictures messages from ur mobile then u will have to act mms service and also take settings for the same ,For act and setting contact ur service provider
