I Just buy a tv toshiba 17MB16P-2 without manual; I am unable to get into chanels and don"t know what to do can someone help me a manual of this tv when I switch on the tv it just gives me a message of welcome and tells me that there is not signal

Hi,

I am assuming that you have confirmed that your Foxtel works in another TV but not with the Toshiba 37WLT66A and that you are using a single feed from the cable provider and split into two (or more). Additionally, this is a standard cable connection.

If the unit is new, then perhaps it is a matter of programming the Channels using Cable not Std or Air in the menu. If the Toshiba has been used before in the same setup, then possibilities are:
1. cable/connector leading to the Toshiba;
2. splitter or distribution amplifier (if present);
3. worst case scenario, tuner block of the Toshiba.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
