if you haven't used your printer for that long, your printhead is more than likely dried up and clogged. Try running the "Head cleaning" utility 2-3 then print a "Nozzle check" (find both of these functions on "Maintenance" page under "Printer properties".
If the nozzle check shows any print, you're on the right track. Run few more head cleans or try printing several pages (with LOT of colour) on high (best photo) quality. Combination of printing & nozzle checks works best. Be prepared to waste lot of ink doing this!

If you get no print at all, it's probably time to get a new printer. There are other things you can try eg. buy set of cleaning cartridges, try to clean the printhead by placing some folded tissue soaked with Windex under the printhead or forcing some Windex through the printhead pickup (using a syringe & rubber tubing fitted over the pickup needle - where the cartridge usually sits) etc.

Another way yet is to remove the printhead from printer and soak it in cleaning solution (if if you're handy and prepared to pull your printer apart).

Your problem seems similar to one I encountered in December 2014 with Firefox.

Eventually, I figured out what causing my problem, and I posted my solution on Fixya.com.

I tried the steps of clearing my cookies and cache and even upgraded my Mozilla browser to the latest version, with no luck. Note: I could sign in to my Yahoo! account with Google Chrome and with IE 11. This morning, after "sleeping on it," I wondered if my "Do Not Track" settings (no tracking) on my Mozilla browser was causing the problem of "cookies rejected." First I tried signing into my Yahoo! account with "no tracking" settings through Do Not Track on Mozilla. I couldn't sign in. Then, I disabled the tracking on Do Not Track and tried signing into Yahoo! with Mozilla. Bingo! I could sign in. I have now reset Do Not Track for "no tracking." Others may wish to try this solution if the steps provided through Mozilla support don't work.

Maybe your problem has to do with "Do Not Track".

However, since you also had the same problem with Chrome, another option may be that Yahoo! Mail was down for a while. Whenever I encounter a problem of not connecting to a web site, I go to the website "Is It Down Right Now?" to check. This is the link:

I enter the website name, Example: Yahoo Mail, and click on the Check button. The results come back relatively quickly. If it seems the particular website is "down right now" or "down for just you," you will just have to wait a bit to check again.

go to google.com on the search engine, on the search page it should show a gmail sign up & to the left of the page it should show make google your homepage, just follow the prompts

you can even put a icon on your desktop of google,,when your on your google home page--right click the google name & go to create shortcut, & it should put a shortcut to igoogle on your desktop,,that's what I did

to check to see if igoogle is your home page do the following steps
Go to the start menu
Then to control panel
Network & internet connections
Go to OR PICK A CONTROL PANEL ICON
Click on internet options
The menu should show--internet properties
In the general tab at the top should be home page
Check to see if google is there for home page
If it's not type it in--igoogle & click apply & ok

Title: Open a Email on Yahoo

· Open up your internet browser whether it be firefox, internet explorer, or any preferred browse you use.
Once open go to www.yahoo.com one there on the right hand side there is an option for mail.

· Right above you will see sign in or sign up, since this is for opening a new account you will want to click sign up.

· Requested Information on Yahoo

· Once you click on sign up a new window will come up in the browser for user information and your information, you will want to fill in the fields with the requested information

· Agree to terms, create account

· Once done, at the bottom fill in the code it is asking for and check the box to agree with the terms.

· Once complete click on Create My Account.
You will then be brought to the registration account details page, once here on the right hand side click on continue. Once you click on continue, yahoo will ask to show you around, you can simply close that and you are now a yahoo mail user

Clear your cache & cookies from the browser & then reload the page. Easy.

This was a problem I had for Gmail & Orkut. But the above solution does solves.
