Question about Lexmark E321 Laser Printer
Lexmark does not support the use of refilled cartridges or third party cartridges in their products.
Lexmark considers this to be product tampering and will void the printer's remaining warranty.
Please try a Lexmark factory new cartridge. If you have a factory new cartridge, then you need to call Lexmark and let them know that you were sold a defective cartridge.

? Remove the toner cartridge. Gently shake the toner cartridge from side to side and front to back several times to redistribute the toner, and reinsert it. Repeat this procedure multiple times. If the print remains faded, replace the toner cartridge.

Please try to do the following steps
Remove the cartridge and shake it to redistribute the toner.
Using a dry cloth, wipe off any visible roller contamination inside the printer.
Reinsert the cartridge and print the internal test page.
