This is a fuser error. go into service mode( in the copier standby press 10871087 on the keypad) and go to u163 fuser error reset. If this does not work you might have to consult a service centre.

how to fix error c6020...1st step is go get a gasoline and a match and then pour the gasoline to the kyocera and then lit it with your match stick...it will automatically restart..for more details contact your kyocera supplier.
Sounds like you have a faulty thermistor. (heat sensing device) The 6020 indicates an abnormally HIGH temperature. If the readings are greatly different in the two thermistiors or one is not touching the hot roller could also be the problem.
