Question about Olevia 237T 37 in. LCD TV
I have an Olevia 237t lct hd tv. I am plugged in directly to my cox cable (no box) I was getting hd channels, and now they are not coming in. I am getting digital channels. I am using the composite cables. These are the same connection as before.
Also, has anyone come up with remote codes for the Olevia using one-for-all urc-4220
I have the same problem. The TV used to be able to decode the HD signal. The coaxial cable goes directly from the wall to the TV. You don't have to have a box. Never needed one before. Any other external HD inputs are fine (blu-ray, roku, etc.)

You said you are using composite cables..? that means you have some kind of cable box ? if you want to get HD channels you have to use a HD box that is supplied by the cable company.. the HD cable box then has to connect to the tv with component cables (green, blue, red cables) or HDMI cable.. to send the HD signal to the television.
