Screen

Firstly this depends on whether the touch screen is cracked or just the outer layer is scratched badly.  If you see cracked glass or a liquid in the screen then the touch screen is broken. I have personally had this happen to one of my PDAs and after doing some research www.ipaqrepair.co.uk is the best bet for getting an ipaq repaired reliably.  However touch screens are very expensive.  I just looked at the site and a new screen for your PDA is $227.  I believe that is the price just for the part but not totally sure.  Your best bet would either be replace it yourself maybe buying a broken PDA of the same screen type on ebay and try to replace it yourself (which is very difficult) or just upgrade and buy a new PDA.  However no matter what happens I strongly suggest buying an aluminum case.  They are relatively cheap and will save you in the long run.  The invisible screen protectors are nice as well against scratching.  If you have any questions don't be afraid to contact me.  And by the way this is my first post so any feedback would be great reguardless.
