My samsung does the samething. TV is 3 yrs old. Repair guy said, it needs a new computer board. Said, that about 75% can be repaired if you can see what the problems is on the board. But the others show no sign so has to replace the whole board at $175.00 for the board and total cost around $300.00.

its the elecrolytic capaitors on the power supply.

It ur power supply board it have components,is dead could be anythings,Capacitors bulbging happen mostly only on DLP Tv bacauce the FTB transformer,give high voltage for projection.Tries thes websites for replacement power supply board.Shopjimmy.com,Tv Repair World.com,Partstore.com or Ebay.com.

the power supply board has failed. call 1-800-samsung for nearest service center. power supplies are usually $125.00 plus labor, 1 hour maximum to repair.

you need to replace the 10v blown capacitors with 16 volt or higher go to utube and type in samsung power supply fix and you can do this yourself for about 30 bucks
