Question about Televison & Video
The power light flashes red, but the TV won't turn on. I ordered a new power supply board and installed it myself, but the problem remained the same...
From main power board.You will have 2 main harnesses that connects to (Y) board left and (Z) board right.These should be thick wires that feed from main power board..You can disconnect one at a time.To see if unit at least power up past the RED L.E.D status .If it does then there is a good chance (Y) or (Z) boards .Also look at back of display panel .Let me know if you see a sticker that reads' DIVERSITY CODE' .This will be directly on panel itself and not the back cover of tv,let me know

From your power board you have some wires going to other boards in your set follow thes wires and chek surounding area you will see small resistors surface mount if you will some of thes are fuses see if they are blown and replace them before you replace the entire board
