Hi,
First remove the filter (if you can do this easily) - place a roasting pan under it to catch the water.
If you cannot get to any filter, remove the rear pipe from the waste pipe, and check it is not obstructed.
If it looks good enough, try a hot wash with 1 cup of soda crystals. This should clear any accumulation of grease in the pipes.
If still no good, you may have to open up the machine to clear any internal filter before the pump, and check pump vanes are still intact.

if you dont have one in the front under the lid your model comes with a slip on filter that goes on top of the aggitator you schouldnt run it without it because ge pumps have a tendacy to freeze up with the lint from your clothes especcially levis hope this helps
