You probably blew an internal fuse , get it checked by a professional. No user serviceable parts on this camera.

Not open camera lence

Ifyou hear a noise from the lens when you try to take picture or During turnon/off time then it's a lens guide pin problem OR Somehow its jammed ordamaged. It's happens when the camera pressed or drop down during turn on modeor long time not use. This problem happens because of long time no using/ Dust or Lensguide pin damaged after drop down. If the lens guide pin damage then there isno chance for repairing . Only solution is replacing the lens. For the solution you need to follow the steps.1. Turn off the camera and remove the memory card and clean theexternal body of the camera and make sure in place of the lens there is no dustor damaged sign.2. Now turn on the camera without memory card & make sure thebattery are fully charged.3. If the lens not moving then give a little shake or thrust by hand( carefully very slow) and then wait for a moment. If no changes then turn onthe camera and give a little twist an anti clock side and leave for few second. It is risky ( Do it slowly at your own risk)4. If nothing change then reset the camera setting from the menuoption. After following all steps, if the camera does not start working thenyou need to visit service center for replacing the Lens or Repairing. Butbefore repairing ask service center the approx cost. if they told you toreplacing the lens then do not do that. Because a new lens & service chargecost you near about a new camera price. So best is buy a new camera. If youhave any more questions ask me I fell happy to answer your question. Thank you.

When I press the shutter button nothing happens.

look with a lens that to insert the cards, you dont have torque one of the little contact into the camera. and this contact dont touch with the other near contact. f touch one with the other keep out the batterie and with patience and litle force, with a needle, torque the contact to the right position. if you dont find this, i have fear that is a foul contact from the ccd eletronic flat, and this is a problem. that is possible if the camera is drop, have suffered a pressure. in this case if you dont have specifics knowledge, you cant repair the camera. why the camera must be opened, prove if the flats are did not move. and if this is not enough, its probably that you must change the optic. if you see the immage in the lcd but not pics, probably you can change only the optic without ccd.

Try this...remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on. Let me know what happened.

If you have already tried changing the batteries you may not need to get it checked to a service center, as you bought 7 months ago you have the warrenty of the device so you will get a free of charge servicing as there is no physican damage

Let me know if this will help

Hope your camera will get fine all the best

Camera won't turn on

Fixed! Several people I've described the problem to asked me if I dropped the camera, and I honestly did not remember dropping it, but I could've just forgot that it happened. Later, (after this was posted) it slipped out of my hand and fell to the carpeted floor. When I picked it up, I noticed that the lens shutter had moved (to be closer together). I turned it on, and after a few automatic adjustments, the camera was working like normal again! Perhaps the same thing that broke it, fixed it!

1. Mode Dial not working, "Take-Picture-Button" not working.

If the camera was dropped, then it's really causing those kinds of issues like mode dial and shutter button will not work.

But you could still try these steps below:

First, do the POWER RESET:
- Turn off camera
- Remove batteries for a minute
- Reload batteries
- Turn on camera

Second, do the MASTER RESET
- Press on MENU button
- Press on the right button until you see SETUP 2
- Scroll down until you see RESET
- Press the right button to pick up on YES or NO
- Press on OK/MENU button for changes to be saved - Turn off camera for a few seconds so that settings will be refreshed

Third, if it still does the same thing, then your camera needs to be repaired by a technician.

If you want to know where you could send it, just call the hotline of the manufacturer of your product so you could get assistance
about this matter.
