Question about HP LaserJet M4345 MultiFunction Printer

30.01.19 Problem Sirs; We are located in Turkey and we want to get service and part information from your company. We purchased HP M4345 (CB425A) from USA but it was damaged. Glass of scanner broke. We contact with HP Turkey but they refuse to repair this product because it came from USA. Than we changed the broke glass but it doesn't work and write in display "30.01.19 - Scanner Faliture". I called special service and they said that there should be barcode on glass and scanner must read it to start working. There is no barcode in new glass. Now I need your help. Which parts I need to change also please let us to know prices of parts. We have company in USA and they will purchase from you then send to us. Please note that there is no problem with light of scanner. Thank you very much.

You may have thought you were contacting HP directly, but you did not do so...Please go to this link to see the parts breakdown for your scanner. Unfortunately, I can only find the glass as a component of the entire scanner flatbed unit assembly, which would be quite expensive to replace.
I suggest you contact the HP parts replacement by email and submit a request with the details of your printer and purchase/shipping arrangements and an explanation of the damage and see if someone there cannot help you to obtain the required piece of glass, or at least the bar code needed to be scanned...the link for them is here.
If you are not successful in getting them to help, I suggest you make a post in the HP support forums, available here, where you will find many HP experts who are better able to direct your inquiries to the proper venue for a rapid solution.

I am sorrry you have had a bad deal but Your product had warranty for 5 years. Hence if you are unhappy with the service, the poor after sales service , please lodge a complaint to the nearest consumer protection complaint with all the details , specially yourr trauma and poor service , and I am sure your dealer/ company will come and sort out the issue immediately.All power products must have build in safety and no company can insist that a stabiliser is required. Hope you find my advice useful.Good day

To perform a cold reset
1 Turn the MFP off and then on.
2 When the memory count appears on the control-panel display, press and hold 6 until all three
LEDs flash once and then stay on. This might take up to 20 seconds.
3 Press 3 four times until COLD RESET appears on the control-panel display.
4 Press 6 one time. The MFP continues its initialization sequence.
