Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
My Technika wireless optical mouse refuses to work. It's plugged in with brand new batteries, the laptop recognises it, the drivers are apparently all up-to-date, it is enabled etc etc, but the cursor itself won't move.
(I'm using Vista, if that helps..)
Thanks in advance ^^
Make sure the mouse is linking to the wireless receiver on you have plugged into the computer (there should be a reset button on the mouse to establish a new link).

If it's a laptop and you have a more than one usb port then try using the other usb port. also uninstall any pointer or mouse software such as logitech or synaptics touch pad.
If it's a PC (base unit) then plug the receiver into one of the USB ports to the rear of the unit as the front ports don't seem to detect the receiver.

Insert the USB dongle that came with your technika wireless mouse into a USB computer port on your machine.
This dongle, which resembles a regular flash drive in appearance, can be plugged into any available USB port.
Once inserted, it immediately turns on.
Insert the required amount of batteries (typically two AA batteries, though it changes depending on the model) into the compartment on the bottom of your HP wireless mouse.
Flip the "ON" switch on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.
Press the "Sync" button on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.
The mouse will now sync with your computer and will be immediately usable.
hope this helps
i have read some good and bad reviews on this mouse one stated the wireles stopped working several times and it had to be replaced
