My brother-in-law lives in a different state from me, and he can't figure out how to send pictures, I know, I know, but he's 78 and I'm proud of him for wanting to learn.
The problem is, I can't seem to talk him through the steps since I don't have the same phone, and it's hard to figure out what he is doing by what he is telling me. And I haven't found a user guide on-line that gives me the exact steps to give to him!
I think his problem may be, that he gets somewhere and then doesn't use the soft key for selections.
Can some one give me the step by step directions, including "press left soft key" to sending a photo?
Thanks -- I gratefully appreciate your understanding in this!

Re: Sending pictures with lg CU515
The easiest way is to tell him, Press the envelope key, then new message, then new email message, then attach then picture. Then pick a picture and send. He can also write a message before attaching the picture. I hope this helps
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Some Brother fax machines are programmed incorrectly so they do not acknowledge receiving the last page of a document. The sender doesn't know you got it, and will resend. It's harsh advice, but the only solution is to buy a different brand.
I am not sure why this happens besides the obvious poor construction of this phone. Good for you for not resting on this. In addition to all the steps you've taken, I'd contact the media. It is good place to start getting the word out. I'd contact local newspaper and the local news consumer affairs deparrtment. Nobody wants negative press and that might be enough to tip the scales. As you stated, you are not alone. In the end you will help other consumers and their children won't be stuck out there with no way to call their parents.
