Question about HP Computers & Internet
First, open the case and blow the dust from the components in there with some canned air. There will be dust built up on the fan and possibly the memory modules. Then remove each memory module and put it back. If you have a video card, remove and reseat that too. Now try your computer again. If your computer is still malfunctioning you most likely have a power supply or hard disk problem. When your computer is running, go to my computer and right click your hard drive, then go to properties. Go to the hardware tab, click on your hard drive, then click on properties again. Do you see any error messages there?
