Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
It hums during filling proceedure Help!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure you have water going through your inlet pipes pull the machine out and check while pulling out check they are not getting kinked. if water is going through pipes once removed from machine you have a problem with your inlet valves its unusual for both to go unless your using cold fill only check for calcium build up where you connect your pipe to valve test while pulled out.good luck.

Hello Don Perna - I understand that the washer will not spin or drain; however is it making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose or pump is clogged and needs cleaning. Try setting the washer to a spin cycle only. Will water pump out? If it does not, then the unit could possibly be experiencing a communication error with the control board, faulty pump, timer or door lock assembly. If I was in your position, I will personally contact a professional for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs. You can often locate a qualified service provider by visiting the manufacturer website.
