Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

E250 mp3 My player seemed to be working fine for about a month, then it started to only play the songs that came with the program and not the ones that I downloaded from Rhapsody. It keeps telling me to"plz synch your device to hear music" and I keep doing that, but nothing has changed.

The "please sync" error means you need to connect to Rhapsody and sign-in. It will update your licenses so you can play the music.

If thats not working, your account is expired, or Rhapsody needs to check your account.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Can only hear first song played/selected

Try removing all the songs from it and then copy just two songs together and see if it plays both. If it doesn't, it is faulty.
If it does play both songs, is it possible that you copied the songs in a folder, and it cannot open the folder? Or maybe there is a problem with the second song (corrupt?) so it is reverting to the first one?
Or maybe the MP3 conversion of the other songs were done at too high a quality for this player to recognize.
Make sure the songs you are trying to play, actually play from the computer.
Hope that helps.

Phillips Gogear 30G Playing problems

The device itself is not faulty. This is Microsoft's fault, not Philips'. Microsoft no longer supports Jukebox. Use Windows Media Player instead.

Some of the songs may have Digital Rights Management (DRM) encoding that the player will not support (once again, Microsoft's fault, not Philips). You can right click on the trouble music file, select "Properties," and select the License or Digital Right tab - look for the msg: This file is not copyright protected. Find out if the songs that CAN'T be transferred have this message. If so, then click on acquire digital rights (or some variant of that phrase). If the files tha CAN'T be transferred DO have Digital rights protection, then you must save the files in a different format that is stripped of DRM encryption.
