No response to DEVICE OR AUDIO/VIDEO buttons

I have a 65 inch hdtv projection model# ws65615. The tv works fine using any of the buttons on the remote or tv control buttons. Until I hit the DEVICE OR AUDIO/VIDEO buttons on the remote or the tv control buttons. Once I hit those buttons there is no response and after about thirty seconds the tv shuts off and the green power button starts blinking. I have to hit the reset button in order to turn it back on. In other words the tv is fine as long as I dont hit the DEVICE OR AUDIO/VIDEO buttons. All the other buttons are fine. So I can't watch any devices on my tv because it will not respond to DEVICE OR AUDIO/VIDEO buttons. Can anyone help? Thanks, Wayne

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

65 inch tv turned on and volumn went all the way high remote does not work also can't change devices

Make sure the button either on the remote is not depressed all the time or on the front of the television!! This will be the main reason that the volume is going to MAX all the time. Usually if you press any button on the tv or remote and hold it down such as you mentioned, it will lockup the microprocessor to that function specificly and it won't take anyother instructions until you unstick the button or get it to stop going all the way UP!
Try that and let me know if i solved your problem.. God luck from the TV GURU

Mitsubishi WS-65313 65 in. TV will no longer power up.

You should call a good TV Tech. This problem cannot be solved by a consumer. The one thing you might try is to unplug it from the wall for a few minutes and then try it again.

No sound

A DVI cable does not have an audio connection, along with the DVI you still have to run an audio line from the device (DVD player, cable box, satellite receiver) to the TV. HDMI contains both audio and video.

When there?s any bright white light, the unit just loses the signal .

Good Day, littlejhon4u;
Try this and/or try using different input: White raster with no signal, washed out looking video with signal. Access the service menu, "menu 0157" use the audio button to select "video chroma" adjustments, use the video button to select item "68 - AG1", use the adjust button to change the setting to 0, then press the enter button to store the change. Good Luck, big IRISH. PS; Adjust this ONLY.
