Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone
My voicemail alert is on my phone and it says I have one voicemail, but I call my voicemail and it says I do not have any voicemails.
That is sim company services problem..... u had better consult customer service center................

I think that there is just a generic message alert tone setting applies for both vm and text. If your voicemail alert tone and message alert tones are the same, this is probably the case. I have searched the menu on my phone and haven't found any setting to change vm tone specifically.

then you will need to have the firmware reflash or take it to the store and hvae them explain why it is still doing that.....the phone firmware may need fixing.

Go into the Ring Styles on your phone and change it there. Menu>Settings>Ring Styles. Then go into the detail section and change it.
