LOL.

It's a puzzle. What's the model of the computer? Someone here might have a service manual.

I've never heard of that model. Are you sure you're reading the right numbers?

I have a LG WD - 1049C front loader washing machine showing the DE error have emptied out the washing machine and it still comes up, partner bought a new door latch and installed it but the DE is still...

DE error does mean the door latch, but there are three parts that could cause the error code.If you have changed the door lock already then the main p.c.b/computer board has failed and not registering the door lock but there is a 5-10% chance it's the wiring connecting the two parts together. So basically you need to change the main p.c.b & if that doesn't work it needs to be rewired.unless you know how to use a multi-meter then you could test the wiring for a definate answer.THANKS ECO KIZZA

I have a center point scope, 4x16x40 with illu. rec. and it has moisture in the eye piece, it was bought at wal mart about 6 months ago and I lost the reciept, now what can I do to have it fixed or...

You will need a good size clear plastic bag or a zip lock baggy or both, the zip lock needs to be large enough to put the scope in so you can close it up but still work on the scope. This will all make sense in a bit. You will need a good hair drier, and bit of vaseline. If you can get your hands on a tank of paint ball gun propellant (gas) all the better. Now heat the scope tube till warm then remove the eye piece you look through. heat this eye piece until you think all moisture is gone. Clean it as best as you can. Now put the scope and the eye piece in the bag, add a little vaseline to the threads be careful not to get any on the inside glass just on the threads. Put some of the gas in the bag to balloon it out and seal it up, but leave room so you can put the eye piece back on the scope tube. The gas should stay inside the scope tube and keep any moisture out. You are drying out and re-pressuring the scope. This will work even with out any gas but may only last 1-2 years or could last the rest of your life. Good Hunting.

I need to remove the outer bag from my Kirby upright. The inner bag was not attached and there is mung everywhere.

In order to remove the outer jacket from your Kirby do the following.
Detach the top bag clip from the handle support. There is a plastic piece, just below the outer jacket, called the mini emptor. Turn it to the right to remove the entire bag assembly. Removing the outer jacket is dificult and even harder to put back on so this is what I would do.
Unzip the outer jacket as you were going to change the bag. Remove the paper bag. You will then see a long black tube, that has a 90 degree elbow at the top. That elbow is attached to the inside of the bag with a snap type strap. Remove the strap, then you will be able to move the tube, while you clean out the inside of the bag. When finished put everything back where it was.

Meat freezer burns

Hi,tomonbow
ngafm at your service,

You said, you are getting freezer burn in only two days, right?

Are you putting the meat in proper freezer bags and squeezing
air out as you zip lock the bag?
If you do not use proper freezer bags you will always get freezer burn on meats!

WAIT ! This will not happen in two days!
Seems to me something else has happened to your meat prior to your purchase and it probably is not the freezer at fault.

If it happens to meat that you feel was not frozen when you bought it, check with the store of purchase to see if it came into them frozen before it was put in their refrigerator case!
Most super markets receive cases of frozen meat and then put them in the walk in refrigerator, or refrigerator case to present them for sale to the customers and they defrost in the case.

Then we think we are buying meat that is fresh and never been frozen!
Fresh meat will not freezer burn in 2 days unless it has happened previously to the time you bought it.

Also when you freeze any meat you buy, repack it in proper freezer bags and not just any zip lock bag!

But I believe it happened before you bought it.
And i'll bet it all came from the same store.
that's why some people shop at a butcher shop or Costco type store where the meat is fresher and sells out faster!
Bless you.
ngafm
Please give me a good rating before you sign off.
Thank You.
Let me know the verdict. I think I'm right on target!
Do some investigating and ask the store some hard questions!

Sand in Sony Cybershot DSC-S650

You have a problem.
Sand is very destructive and may make the lens completely unusable, and can lead to broken parts internally. The only way now to fix this camera is to send it to a professional, if Canon, to Canon repair. The lens needs to be completely disassembled and cleaned thoroughly.

Since the lens has extremely small parts, and may not be able to be taken apart and put back together very easily, a repair is the best option here.

As a precaution never take a digital camera in an environment which has sand, or water, especially salt water. If you do, take extra time to put the camera in either a self-zipping locking kind of bag or a padded bag.

If you treat the digital camera with carefulness, and also like you are handling eggs...meaning it can break easily, you will get good service from most any one. It is true, however things happen internally, and can cause problems as well.

Fogged lens

Hey paulleem,
If the lens is fogging when going from a dry environment to a very humid one or going from a cold environment to a very warm one then I would suggest putting the camera in a zip lock bag until the camera gets acclimated to the new environment. If the lens is fogged internally then there is most likely a seal broken inside or a cracked lens element and the camera should be looked at by an authorized service technician. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan
