Question about Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook N3010 Notebook
When I boot the computer, there are strange characters all over the screen almost like a grid. They persist during post and as windows loads. Once windows gets to the login page they are gone. Inside windows there are time when these artifacts are evident. Such as when I move files the animation is not clean and many icons show a similar disruption. I wonder if this is a problem with the graphics chip or the inverter board. I notice a couple of time the artifacts disappeared when the lcd as at a more extreme angle.
It's related to either the lcd video cable and or the lcd.and or the gpu. I'd say in that order.
NOT the inverter. The inverter only controls screen brightness.
