Are you replacing an older thermostat?

If so, you'll need extra cabling. Because of the danger this can cause, this should be carried out by a competent person, usually an electrician.

They are connected to the chime terminal board with 3 connections!

2) wire from 1st push button.
3) wire from 2nd push button.

I have a intrermatic r8816p101c that some one removed need to put new one back dont know how i have 2 red wires coming from pump and to red wires coming of the wall witch has a on and off switch how do i...

You have Intermatic 240Volt sprinkler timer.
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/r8816p101c%20-%20english.ashx

Timer relay has 4 wiring terminals: from left to right 1 2 3 4
Red wires from switch connect to terminals 1 and 3
Red wires to pump connect to terminals 2 and 4
Since circuit is 240Volt, red wires from switch can be connected in either order. Same with pump.

Rain sensor terminals don't have any wires, unless you but separate rain sensor.

It has a white wire, red wire, and bare wire but I on have 2 black wires and one bare wire for ground that comes out the wall.I don't know what hooks up with what

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.

What is the model number so I can look up the installation procedures for THIS oven?

Usually for a 3 wire connection it will be connected as follows:
1 WALL black to the left terminal block terminal
The bare copper wire to the center terminal of the terminal block
2nd WALL black to the right terminal of the terminal block

See this picture link:
http://www.ask-the-electrician.com/images/RANGE%203-WIRE_CORD_CONNECTION_250.JPG

If you notice in the picture it shows a black red and white connection.

Red = black for your connetion 115VAC
White = bare wire neutral Ground
Black = 2nd black for your connection 115 VAC

When the power is connected properly and using the house wires as a reference if you are
reading it with a meter you would read EITHER black wire to the bare wire = 115 - 120VAC
Reading Black to Black = 230 - 240 VAC

If you still have questions feel free to respond here and I will gladly help you.
Thanks for choosing FixYa.

I need to know the order to connect the wires

The solid white wire from each sensor goes to terminal #2 and the white wires with the black tracer go to terminal #3.

If the wall control is also connected you should end up with one white/red wire on terminal #1, 3 white wires on terminal #2 and 2 white/black wires on terminal #3.

Connecting 2 dimmers one one wall mount

The dimmer with 4 wires is a 4-way switch, but to use it as a single switch you only need two of the wires. Use one from the top and one from the bottom. Cap off the other two wires on this switch (independently, not together). . From among the 4 wires coming from the wall you need to find the one incoming hot wire, and identify what each of the other 3 wires feeds. Temporarily cap off one of those 4 wires and connect the other three together. Turn on the breaker. If nothing lights up, the single wire is the hot wire. If two things light up, the single wire is the thing that didn't light up. Label your findings so far. Turn off power, then try other combinations until you have identified all 4 of these wires. . Your single hot wire needs to connect to one terminal on all three switches. The other 3 wires will each be connected to the remaining terminal on one of the switches. . I don't know what style your 4 way switch is, but if you find that it operates "up-side-down" (up being off and down being on), then you can remedy that. If your outgoing terminal on that switch was say, the lower left, then swap it with the lower right. . Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa! Al Kupchella

I do not know where the wires color coded connect

if there is a jumper across Rh and Rc then leave it, if not add a jumper and hook the red wire to one of them. Hook the white wire to the W/B terminal, the yellow wire to the Y/O terminal, and the green wire to the G terminal. If the A/C does not come on with ti this way then hook the yellow to the Y1 terminal instead of the Y/O, I'm not exactly sure which one it will be but it will be one of those. The blue wire you should not need to hookup if there is no C terminal on your t-stat. Just wire nut it off and let it there. This should get you up and going!!

Three wire system, going to a five terminal thermostat? Wires from wall are red, white and blue. Terminal on new thermo is yellow ,green and then on the next row is,Rh, Rc, and w How does that work out? My...

The Rc and Rh should have a jumper wire between them let it in. and hook the red wire to one of them it does not matter which one as they are jumpered. The white wire goes on the "w" terminal and the Blue wire will go on the "G" green terminal to run your fan.
This should get you up and running again!

My son took the old thermostat off the wall and didnt mark the wires. I have a new CT87K4446. The wires I have coming out of the wall are red green and white. On the new thermostat I have R W Y screw downs...

Usually when you have the Y terminal on the thermostat (that would be cooling terminal), there should be 4 screws to connect to. They would be R- to transformer, W- to furnace or heat, Y- to outdoor air conditioner and G- to furnace blower.
You might go to the furnace to see where these wires go, they should have the same terminals on the furnace except for cooling, it usually connects to the outdoor unit wire directly.

The best way is to see where the wires are connected at the furnace and duplicate them at the thermostat but typically the connections are:
Red wire to "RC and RH"
White wire to "W" (for heating)
Blue wire to "Y" (if you have central air)
Green wire to "G" (this is for the furnace blower)

Whirlpool Electric Cooktop Wiring

sound like you have a three wire setup on you house most commonly the black wire is the L1 wire or one of the hot wires and the red is the L2 wire and is also one of the hot wire in this instance your white wire would be your neutral/ground wire this would connect to the copper wire on your cook top depending on the model it would have a red wire a black wire and the copper wire but some may also have a white wire also if this is the case on a three wire setup you would attach the copper and white wires together also if needed you can goto the maufactures website and download an instalation guide.
