If you check you will have some error codes. I can guarantee that your account has been banned because you have a modded console. You are in luck though, http://www.everything4360.com has a private network that you can join as part of their services. In addition they also have a unbanning chip in the works. If you signed up before this happened they also have live scan alerts so this doesnt happen to your console.

Does this alwayz happen cause i got xbox live yesterday and i played yesterday but today i cnt sign in its saying xbox live failed? well ill wait untill tomorrow but when is this problem going to be fixed?

i run the troubleshoot and everythig says connected when it gets to xbox live it says failed when i try to see what to do it says nothing and it doesn't inform me that i have been suspended or that my account has been revoked
