Question about Bosch Washing Machines
The washing machine had been working perfectly. Yesterday, I switched it on and left. When I came back, there was water in the machine, but the machine stopped working. Now when the power is switched on, the indicator light becomes red, indicating power-on. But the machine does not do anything. I tried to switch to different programmes, and also tried to press different button in the front, nothing happened. I tried to switch the power on and off several times, it did not help. I can not even open the front door to get my cloth out. What can the problem be?

Unplug!!! NOW! I drained the water using a common garden hose, fill the hose with water and have some device turning it off like a trigger nozzle on the low end. Detach from the supply and put the supply end in the center of the tub under the softener dispenser. take the trigger nozzle off and watch the water drain without cups and buckets. Then wring out the clothes and put them aside, use the hose trick again for remaining water. Now get under the washer and detach and reattach the brown and white lead input to the rinse cycle motor. She is made in France so be gentle. Plug the machine in and set the machine down and turn it on. Push the >> button until you reach the spin cycle if it starts you have fixed it!! Put the clothes back in open a bottle of wine and try again.

SOURCE: Washing machine wont do anything
rotating timer knob indicates that there is a fault, obviously, so its a case of going through a checklist, based on info given, check in this order, outlet pump, for open circuit, then heater element for open circuit, then maybe the water valves, you have given little information for me to go on as an engineer, please understand, the more you say the more detail we can give ..... ok cheers with looking for the fault, best of luck and work safe

Most possible reasons that the door switch or timer unit is defective. The dishwasher should heat the water to about 55 C as the heating cycle starts. In these cycle, the dishwasher pauses after has filled with water and wait for the water to reach the temperature. If the water isn't being heated (because of a problem with the heating element or thermostat), after the unit stops at the heating cycle, it never continues. if you think that a user manual may help you more, it can be downloaded ($8.95) at url: http://www.download-manual.com/shop/Zanussi-FLE1416W-User-Manual-pr-8261.html
