Re: dropped coins into papersheet feeder canon pixma...
The Canon is not a piggy bank! Even though it does **** money out of your pocket. Have you tried shaking it upside down? Failing this you really need to get a torch and have a GOOD look. If no coin disassembly will be necessary

Check the feed switch, you can put paper in the bottom tray or the top feeder and you press the feed switch to change from one to the other, when the rollers are dirty and paper doesn't pick up you also get that error.
That error is a sheet feeder error, the paper feeder is not moving properly. Any time I've found this problem, I've found broken gear studs and the feeder assembly needs to be replaced. Runs around $40.00 for the part.

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
Normally this can be caused by
1.) damaged gears
2.) damaged feeder motor
3.) damaged paper holder(the pins that grab the paper)
in any of the above cases you will need to take apart to see what the problem is.. if its the motor then you can change it..
if it with the feeder it self id suggest you consider buying a ney one,, even if you manage to change the gears or the feeder pins you may never be able to get it to pull correctly, eighter pulling twisted or constantly causing paper jams.. The choice is your but i'd say buy a new one
