There were a problem on your dom keypad.its usually dirty so can't connect to Board(PCB) well when you press tho buttons menu.to solve your problem, open up cashing. first open up side (you use to swithing on) than open front glass use cutter or some slim.than open dom keypad and clean with a pencils eraser it safety also clean the PCB(keypad board). I hope it help.

In lower part on the other side of PCB with player`s keys You can find 25-pin glass IC. Change it. It`s an usual EMI-filter the same as on the Main PCB z2400.
Hello, have a good day. Keep patience, as you explained , it is a hardware problem. Change joystick flipper. You will not be so disturbed after this and you don't need to do anything wrong with your phone.
