Question about Dual Electronics N99i Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Receiving messages setting.

I'm from Philippines. let me tell you the detail sir. whenever I use my phone and a message arrives, the attention of the phone goes to the new message and whatever I'm doing will have to exit. Most especially when I'm writing a message and then a new message arrives, everything I have started will exit and will go to the new message. Then I have to go back again to the "write message". Better thing everything are not erased. But it's really irritating if so many messages arrive in a short time, right sir? I have to go exit and back and exit and back to what I'm doing. I've tried every setting, nothing can be a solution for it. Please help me..... I've searched for same problem as what I have with this phone but seems like no one has the same problem with mine. T_T I will greatly appreciate your response and help.Thank You.

It's the same on most phones so i guess it's something that cannot be solved just by changing the settings. I tried it on another phone but there just doesn't seem to be any way round it.

Cannot send messages when browsing in offline mode

This means that your phone is not connected to the cellular data network. Check your settings and make sure you are not in "Airplane Mode" or that your cell phone is receiving a good data signal.

Sir i have sghf480i set im unable to send photo msge to my ferinds ?

You should check MMS profile setting. The proper setting should be configured before sending or receiving MMS. To retrieve the MMS automatically, you should set the settings at "Auto download" settings. To check,

    1. Go to Message from the idle screen.

    2. Go to "Settings" and then "Multimedia messages."

    3. Select "Receiving options" and "Home network."

    4. Go to "Foreign network" menu and check the status

    5. If it is set at "Auto download", you can receive MMS automatically.

    6. If it is set at "Manual", you should operate MMS retrieve function manually.

LG INcite

Sir, I'll start from the basic thing.
Have you contacted your Service Providers (In your Case T-Mobile) to send you the MMS settings, for your mobile.
If not then, you have to contact them and tell them to Activate your MMS settings, they will probably send you a Push Message and you will save that Message then restart your phone, a MMS profile will be active after that.
You will be able to Send/Receive MMS then.
If you got any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards, Waqar.

Hi, you can check that your phone connection from your 7420 to line works. Listen for a dial tone in a phone connected to your mfc7420. If not, your tel comm module could be at fault.
