Question about Dual Electronics N99i Cellular Phone
I'm from Philippines. let me tell you the detail sir. whenever I use my phone and a message arrives, the attention of the phone goes to the new message and whatever I'm doing will have to exit. Most especially when I'm writing a message and then a new message arrives, everything I have started will exit and will go to the new message. Then I have to go back again to the "write message". Better thing everything are not erased. But it's really irritating if so many messages arrive in a short time, right sir? I have to go exit and back and exit and back to what I'm doing. I've tried every setting, nothing can be a solution for it. Please help me..... I've searched for same problem as what I have with this phone but seems like no one has the same problem with mine. T_T I will greatly appreciate your response and help.Thank You.
It's the same on most phones so i guess it's something that cannot be solved just by changing the settings. I tried it on another phone but there just doesn't seem to be any way round it.

You should check MMS profile setting. The proper setting should be configured before sending or receiving MMS. To retrieve the MMS automatically, you should set the settings at "Auto download" settings. To check,
1. Go to Message from the idle screen.
2. Go to "Settings" and then "Multimedia messages."
3. Select "Receiving options" and "Home network."
4. Go to "Foreign network" menu and check the status
5. If it is set at "Auto download", you can receive MMS automatically.
6. If it is set at "Manual", you should operate MMS retrieve function manually.
