Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Icant get full screen on computer when watching films

Hello, when you are watching films, have you tried to to use the 'alt-enter' shortcut or F11 to make the screen size go to full screen view?

without the application or steps you go through this will be a pretty generic response. If you add more details I can try and figure out why you may be getting that error.

Usually a faulty main board. It will probably be very expensive to repair. Next time, do not buy an all in one PC. The quality is often poor and the repair cost is high.

10 minutes??? Are you exaggerating? Did Windows go into diagnostic/recovery mode during that time? One possible culprit is that it's finishing updating Windows during the startup. Another possible reason is that a BIOS setting was changed for some reason.

I have an HP DV 2000 (DV 2415 NR) which I bought last year. Last night for the first time I turned it on but nothing appeared on the screen. It was pitch blue. Would you please help me...

HI, First thing you want to do is to start the PC and while its booting press F8 two or three times.
If you've done it properly a screen with couple of option will appear. Choose the LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION.

The PC will then try to start Windows.
If it doesn't work try the same thing but this time choose the START WINDOWS IN SAFE MODE option.

If it still doesn't work you will have to reinstall your OS.

Hope it helps
Please let me know if you need anything
cheers
