Question about Tripp Lite Lite SmartPro DataCenter 5000HW (SMARTDC5000HW) UPS System
I received a Tripp Lite 5000HW SmartPro DataCenter UPS that was soaked with water during a flood I stripped it down and cleaned it with CRC and reassembled it and it worked .
I connected it to my home and it was working during a poweroutage for about 2 hrs with Computers and Refridgerator on.The Data cable was connected to the computer and the UPS software was working satisfactory.
One day I noticed when I tested it with only one computer alone it was causing the Computer to restart when it sensed a fault in the AC power.
and and another time I heard some popping sounds when I had a 200 watt Slodering Iron and another light load connected to the output. It remained working after but I noticed a slight varriation in the humming sound it normally makes. I then disconnected it and found that some inverter MOSFET Transistors and Resistors were damaged.
I changed the defective transistors and resistors and all the relays because I had always suspected the relays were giving me problems. When I tested the unit the 230 volts AC was not being able to connect to the UPS but it was working on batteries.
Could you help me to solve this problem I tried Tripp Lite for help but the unit does not have warranty and they do not give out Circuit Diagrams to customers.
If i get a Circuit diagram it would be helpfull even just a chassis wiring to make shure that all the wires were connected to their right places.
Do I have to play around with the input voltage to get it to start charging the batteries?

I double checked the wiring and I cant see no problems .When I switch the system switch on the battery charger is not charging and the battery status light is solid Red says that the battery is below 25% charge but I know that the battery is ok because it reads 39 volts DC and the same battery works ok with another UPS.
However I do know that the large transformer is not getting power from the input 230 volts and the regulating light is showing that the regulator is working especially when I switch between 208 and 240 volts .When I switch the power on Button the three green lights comes on to the right odf the UPS but you get no AC voltage output.
Colud you assist me please.
