The easiest suggestion may be to try Windows Update to reinstall the driver. You can find information for that here. You will need to choose Custom to receive possible hardware updates if you are using XP. Here is information for Vista.
The other option is to remove the card (if its not on-board sound) and get the model number of the card and find the drivers from the manufacturer website. If it is onboard, you will need the model # of the motherboard to get the drivers.
